1939 Chevrolet Other

Up for sale is a nice. nbsp;1939 Chevrolet  2 door street rod.   Car was professionally built on the west coast around 2002.   Car was sold to the previous owner by  Memory Lane Classics out of Portland Oregon area in 2004.   I purchased the car in 2016 and have used it very little.   I am currently selling this car to fund another project.   The car is a very nice street rod that is priced reasonable and is ready to cruise.   I did not build this car. but will do my best to answer any of your questions.   This is a popular style street rod that is very similar to the 1937. 1938 and 1940 Chevrolet sedans.  
Car has 6600 miles since being built.   This car is a super clean. all steel(except running boards) nice riding and driving street rod.   Car has a  rebuilt 1974. nbsp;400 ci small block chevy engine with rebuilt turbo 350 transmission .   Has mild cam with Edelbrock intake and holly carb.   Front suspension is sub-framed Camaro front clip with power steering and power disc brakes.   Sub frame was done very nice.   All components of this car were new when built and it have been used very little.   Has a front sway bar.  Rear suspension is updated leafs with 12 bolt. posi-traction in 4:11.   Radiator has been rebuilt with a new core using the original tanks.   Engine has mechanical fan and  also a front pusher fan on a thermostat.  
Body was stripped to bare metal and removed from the frame.   Inside of body was rhino lined.   Under side of car was painted with a black rhino type paint.   Frame is painted grey front to rear.   This car is rock solid top to bottom and front to back.   Car exterior color is Bright Teal.  Paint is very good with a few light scratches and chips.  Interior was professionaly done in grey with teal accents.   Interior is in very good condition.   Car also has front and rear seat belts.   I feel that car is better in person than in the photos.   All the little. expensive parts of a car build have been done right.   Car has new glass. new rubber moldings. pinched windshield. Classic Instruments gauges. well built dual exhaust. custom bumpers. smoothed hood ornament. rear mounted battery with master shut off. smoothed firewall. nbsp;new wiring. grant steering wheel.   Headlights have updated bright bulbs with original style lenses.
