1967 Ford Mustang Fastback C Code 4 Speed Original

Offered for sale is this very rare find. I purchased this fastback from the original family after the owner passed away. It is truly an all original find. 121. 00 actual miles. Other than one repaint in its gorgeous original color of Lime Gold with black interior. this is a true blue fastback that aside from a fender bender back in the eighties has all of its original panels. original engine. and all original interior. even the green carpet.  After spending time and funds this is a running driving fastback but it has been off the roads since at least 2005 when the son drove it for awhile as his daily driver. The brakes are soft and although they stop the car well enough for a transport load. it is not yet road worthy until the brakes have been gone through. It is incredible to find a 1967 fastback in this condition. It is 100% complete. The interior is complete and is very usable except for wear on drivers seat. the other seats are remarkable like they have never had anyone sit on them. There are deluxe seat belts in front and also rear. dash has no cracks. headliner in excellent shape. Original working radio! All the glass is excellent and chrome is good. Like I said earlier. the drivers quarter was hit and it was before they made replacement quarters so they did it the old fashioned way. with a lot of filler. which is coming off as shown in pictures. The best thing to do is a lower quarter job which is an easy fix. Paint will need redone anyhow when restored. there are a few bubbles under the paint but the body is remarkably not rusty. The cowl looks very solid as does the trunk drop offs. The engine is all original and runs and drives ok but obviously someone will rebuild and go through the motor when restoring. Drum brakes are soft. 4 speed tranny shifts through gears and clutch is good. Tires are Bf Goodrich and are new. mounted on the original wheels in great shape. The gas tank is brand new. battery is new. The underside is solid enough for driving and has weak spots that will need repair. No rust through spots but some areas in front that are showing some weakness. I would recommend a full one piece floor. This costs  $2. 00-$2500 installed depending on the shop. If this is something you want me to take care of I can at buyers expense but it can be driven as is while you restore. If you have been looking for a 4 speed Fastback. don't wait. They are very hard to find in this condition. Buy it now price is a few hundred more than reserve so don't wait or it will be gone. Clear title.
