I'm the second owner of this car. it's my 9th BMW and was purchased as a CPO in July of 2010.  It was serviced and maintained at circle BMW until the CPO program ran out in 2014. then I had it serviced at a local BMW specialist for the last 3 years.  It has 141k miles and is in excellent overall condition.  
-Tires and Brakes both done in the last 5k miles-All maintenance records are included. along with both keys and the books. -No accidents. non smoker car
This car came with the Premium package (leather. homelink. power memory seats. etc. ) Sirius. Xenon Headlights with adaptive cornering. and heated seats.  
Overall condition is excellent for 141k miles. but it does have a few door dings. light scratches on the rear bumper. etc.  To my knowledge the only item it may need soon is a valve cover gasket (per my mechanic's recent overall inspection).  Please give me a call to schedule a drive.
