null VANDEN PLAS/XJ6/SIII SEDAN

This Sedan is a very good example. a solid sound car that we took in trade.    It is a Connecticut car that the previous owners had purchased in  1993  and it was  registered and used weekly as a show  car and a fun driver them up to the day we received it.  

It only has 94. 00 miles on it and it runs and drives well. nbsp; Mechanically the car was maintained well. the rear calipers have been rebuilt. the brakes are all good. the tires are newer and in good condition. The body is straight. the paint is presentable with some slight cracking and hazing on the top surfaces.   This is a desirable Vanden Plas only color and has a nicer Vanden Plas interior style and special color as well. The interior is amazing with Leather. carpets and wood in great condition with no real wear to the leather and no cracking of the wood.

Look at the pictures. this is a clean car in very good shape for the year.

We have quite a few of these series III type cars here now and we need to move a few. and this car is one of the best ones of the bunch so it is offered here to someone who can appreciate what it is. have some fun and not spend a huge amount of money.

we were told by the owner that one of the fuel tanks doesn't operate well so they only use one side.

the air conditioning works well but needs a charge each season

the emergency brake works but  will not completely hold on a big hill

this car has 2 sets of original keys. And the original owners manual is in the glovebox.

also there is an almost new alpine cd  remote control Radio tastefully installed and the remote is in the golvebox as well.

Usually these cars rust in the rear valence badly. this car has very minimal rust around the tail pipe holes on the edge. see pictures and there

is also some minor rust around the edge of the rear window which is very common on these cars.

This is a good solid 4 door sedan. very attractive  and has been cared for.

look at the pictures carefully. we are selling it as is to  someone who will enjoy it and continue to keep it as nice as the last owners.
