 I bought the jag from the original family about 3 years ago. The owner has completely restored this car over the last several years. the goal was to replace the original engine with a fast. cool running and dependable V-8 and matching automatic transmission. As a result of the modification the millage is not actual. he odometer reads 39873. the car was completely disassembled and rebuilt. the paint was stripped and painted with a British racing green. The original chrome was re-chromed as necessary. A completely rebuilt Lincoln V-8. modified with chrome headers and Holly carburetor and high performance automatic transmission. New custom exhaust system and new bushings. hocks modified for the handling of new engine. The rear was completely rebuilt. New radiator and fan. The result was a very fast classic. The interior was fitted with new tan leather. carpet. and door panels. new canvas top was installed. ew trunk kit.  Original wire wheels w/new cooper tires and original spare. Also new rubber and felt. Original screen with tiny stone chip on upper right corner. A couple of small paint chips on the lower section where the hood line up with the body. This is a rust free car and always has been. The car stored in my heated garage.  As is. Vehicle does NOT have an existing warranty.  Please ask questions to get better idea about the car. Better yet come and inspect the car yourself.  In fact. i prefer the inspection of the car for better understanding.
