If you are looking for a nice W108 sedan with records from new. this is it. There are a many for sale but with unknown history. This car is a super nice driver with the rare 4 speed manual transmission. The car drives like a new car. The W108 is a very special vehicle to drive with light and responsive controls and superb feedback. It is amazing how really good these cars drive if they have been cared for. The car has been repainted some years ago (receipts included) in the original and rare Dark Red Brown (Dunklerotbraun). The interior is in bamboo MB Tex and has been refurbished in the correct manner. The seats are firm and supportive for long distance motoring.  Yes. I would trust the car on any trip. Great set of Michelin tires. I am the second owner. also the fourth. due to selling it to a friend and then buying it back after his passing.
The car starts and runs great with no smoke. The air conditioning is ice cold. it was completely rebuilt about 10 years ago (receipts included). The shift mechanism was recently rebuilt and shifts like butter (butta?).
Not a show car but ready to be enjoyed and pile up many more miles as was intended when built. Currently has 229. 22 miles. new short block at 70k due to overheating (receipts included). Drives like a new car.
Radio works.
Not working: clock. wipers work but do not park (I just time the stop. but a new wiper motor is included).
There is a bubble in the paint on the right rear door and some imperfections in the paint that prevent show car status.
No Reserve but I have a modest starting price so I do not give it away. A lot of car for very little money! Ready to enjoy. good luck!
The heater controls all work smoothly as well as the heater fan. The controls light up at night in blue and red-very cool.
You can call before 9PM eastern daylight. Mike 260 704 5006
