1969 Volkswagen Beetle with sun roof! Good fixer upper, rat rod, or parts car!

1969 Volkswagen Beetle

Condition: For sale is a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle.  Car is a project car.   By this. I mean the engine did turn over and run at one time. but the vehicle needs to be trailered and have work done to it before it can be driven.   At the time of this listing. vehicle does not start.   As you can see in pictures. it has a sun roof and newer tires.   The body has surface rust and floor boards do show rust. so please note this before bidding. Please look at pictures to see rust underneath.   Interior and exterior need a lot of work. with ripped seats and dings and dents on vehicle.   Vehicle does appear to have been hit on front driver's wheel well.   I do not know if the vehicle has been in any other accidents.   Car has sat for 3 plus years. so I cannot guarantee it will run or if the engine will even turn over if you win auction.  Does have a new battery and new fuel line.   Negative battery cable is ripped and torn. might be cause of vehicle not starting.   Have spark plugs and wires. they are not installed.   Might be water damage inside vehicle due to sunroof. please note this as well before bidding.   Vehicle does have an oil leak and a fuel leak.   Might need a carb rebuild kit to fix fuel leak. but not sure.   Unsure of mileage due to odometer being messed up.   Car has trouble going into gear. might need clutch adjusted.  This car would make a great project car or rat rod.   Or if you want you could use it for parts.   If you have any questions about vehicle please feel free to contact me and I will answer any questions you have the best I can.
