USMC FLU 419 SEE. small emplacement excavator. Starts with starting fluid. but runs fine. There are hydraulic leaks on the backhoe when it is in use. Brakes are leaking fluid too. and are spongy. Fresh engine oil change. Access door on right side has broken hinges. and is in place for the photo. it will be in the cab of the truck at shipping. Not a showroom model. but I have used it at my place. and finished the work I needed done. As is. where is. no warranty expressed or implied. I can assist with loading. with your carrier.
