1969 Chevrolet Impala

 mr. george ivey ordered this all #s matching 69 impala custom 396 th400 12 bolt rear. lso ordered with the ss bucket seat. orse shoe shifter console interior(most were bech seat cars). and received it on 10 16 68 for 2. 27. 00 and owned it all its life before a dealer helped him sell it to me. so I still have orig title. it also comes with some reciepts where mr. ivey had work performed through the years and the orig owners manual. the car was always well cared for as it was 99 % rust free car still wearing its orig paint. every panel is orig to the car. floors and trunk are rust free. he underside of this car is amazing and untouched. car was took apart and repainted in the orig code 57 fathom green DuPont base clear. the paint is a high 8. o scratched bubbles or rust anywhere. doors were took off took apart and painted . ambs are just as nice. wheelwell chrome is all new. Bumpers are orig and have no dings but chrome is not perfect. all rubber was replaced. elts. askets. eatherstrip ect. motor was pulled out completely rebuilt and runs perfect. lunati cam roller rockers. eads are all new . alve job and comp springs matched to cam. light lope at idle but idles perfect in gear. full pypes stanliss x pipe exhaust(very deep tone sounds great). th400 shifts perfect with no leaks. I have put maybe 400 miles on car since rebuilt with no probs. uns down the road and stops good espicially for an orig car. thear are 0 leaks on this car. o spots on garage floor. the car was ordered  with a 396 2bbl(only available in 1969 in impala only). I changed it too 4bbl carb and intake. The orig 2bbl intake and carb come with car they worked perfect on orig motor but with came change and new 21/8 hooker headers I thought it would benefit a lot with the 4bbl. t still looks all orig. has the orig bb Harrison radiator still in car. The rest of the engine as orig. still is running #s matching dist reworked. Interior has been all redone including a like new orig steering wheel . eadliner. arpet. eats. ill plates. inyl top is new and has zero bubbles under it. all glass was took out tracks cleaned and painted all is clean and clear. are all new. Front and rear door panels are orig and very nice. tires are brand new 255 60 15s on orig 8 inch rallys with new stanliss rings. All in all this is a very nice car that can be driven anywhere and enjoyed. All running light and headlights work as they should. Horn. urn sigs. ipers all work. heat works as well but the control has a broke knob. ou can turn on and off by using your nail. will include the knob repair kit to fix if you wish. have fixed a bunch of these its real easy. factory radio light comes on and speaker makes noise but no sound ? may just be speaker. I can send you pics of all the orig stampings. he vin is stamped clearly on block along with all date codes. t is all correct. we have driven car on some long trips to car shows it is very dependable and tested.
