Known issues:

·         Paint around the car is in very good condition for a 14-year-old car

·         Few small stone chips and touch ups on fenders. hood and mirrors

·         Front bumper cover replaced due to parking lot curb damage. September 2015

·         All repairs performed by luxury car specialist Autometric with genuine. new BMW parts

·         Scuffs underneath front engine cover and rockers from light driveway scraping

·         Soft dent in right quarter panel. behind door handle.   Hard to see in phots. but it is there

·         Various small chips and marks in paint around the car

·         Very few brush-painted touch-ups around the car

·         Very few scratches on wheel rims.   RF has some curb rash.   See photos

·         Convertible top fabric shows some small shiny spots. from normal folding.   No wear or stitching concerns

·         Car has been smoked in.   Every attempt has been made to remove any smell.   However. please do not assume no smell

·         Light wear to driver's seat left bolster

·         Some scratches in soft touch paint on steering wheel. other interior trim

·         Left center dash vent is stuck for left/right movement. but opens and closes and moves up/down OK

·         Aftermarket switch and indicator in lower center console installed by previous owner.   These do not function and their use is unknown

·         Right door does not unlock with remote or console switch.   Locks OK.   No attempt has been made to troubleshoot this

·         Owner's Manual set is incomplete
