FROM THE MOVIE “BLACK MOON RISING” STARRING TOMMY LEE JONES AND LINDA HAMILTON.  THE BLACK MOON WAS AN EXPERIMENTAL. PROTOTYPE. TOP SECRET CAR THAT WAS THE CENTER BASIS OF THE MOVIE.  THE BLACK MOON WAS BASED OFF OF THE WINGHO CONCORDIA II. AN ACTUAL CAR OF WHICH 1 WAS MADE.  THE ORIGINAL CAR WAS PAINTED AND MODIFIED FOR THE MOVIE USE AND A 2ND CAR WAS BUILT FOR STUNT USE.  THIS IS THE SCREEN USED STUNT CAR.  AFTER THE MOVIE WAS FILMED. THE CARS WERE PURCHASED BY JAY OHRBERG WHO WAS A STUNT DRIVER ON THE SET.  HE SOLD THIS CAR TO A MAN WHO HAS OWNED IT SINCE 1985. BEFORE THE MOVIE WAS EVEN RELEASED.  WE PURCHASED IT FROM HIS WIDOW IN 2013.  IT IS BUILT ON A 1965 VOLKSWAGEN CHASSIS.  THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR IS MIRROR FINISH GLOSSY PAINT SHOWING LITTLE STRESS FROM ITS AGE.  THE INTERIOR IS A SINGLE SEAT WITH A FULL ROLL-CAGE.  THE ROOF SLIDES BACK FOR DRIVER ACCESS.  IT RUNS AND DRIVES EXCELLENT.  COMES WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY FOR ITS MOVIE USE.
