2016 Porsche Cayman

Manufacturers are constantly releasing new models. and on rare occasions they hit a home run right out of the gates. The Gt4 is one of the cars. In my opinion this car has quickly earned it's spot as a truly iconic car in the annals of Porsches history.  The GT4 is the perfect balance. everyday drivability combined with precision track performance capabilities. The car simply  offers the best of both worlds. while still maintaining ample storage space for an overnight bag or two in the “frunk” and in the rear storage area perhaps driving gear for a weekend drivers session if desired.

I am a long time PCA member and to date I have owned 9 Porsches.  I can truly say without hesitation the Gt4 is a remarkable car. The only reason I'm selling is I have a GT3 arriving in the fall. This is a very difficult decision to let the GT4 go. I really hope the GT3 lives up to my expectations!!!  The GT4 gets attention wherever I take it. gas station. “Cars and Coffee” etc.

Its stunning good looks and perfect stance are aggressive yet at the same time elegant. The performance is all you need.  yet doesn't compromise the daily drivability. Let's not forget the intoxicating exhaust tone. offering a nice growl on start up . and above 4K. one of the best!.

I put a lot of thought into choosing “weight saving” specs for this car. which are as follows:

*GT Silver Metallic. a stunning and rare (have not seen another yet) color and truly sets this car apart from the others. expensive option! ($2. 80)

*Leather interior. Black(Platinum Grey stitching). adds nice detail($1. 90)

*Porsche Ceramic Brakes. very expensive but worth every penny($7. 00)

*Fire Extinguisher. you never know . and it looks cool!($140)

*Bi-Xenon Headlights in Black including Porsche Dynamic Lighting System. gives great lighting and black housing looks great!($690)

*Sirius XM Satellite Radio($670)

*Full carbon fiber sport bucket seats. look amazing and hug you nicely. I love them so ordered the same in my new GT3 manual. ($4. 30)

*Anodized black brushed aluminum interior package($325)

*Storage compartment lid in Alcantara with Porsche crest($330)

*Vehicle key painted. nice detail(($365)

*Wing supports in black

*Smoking Package

*Luggage net in passenger footwell.

I recently added 4 new Michelin Sport Cup tires at a cost of $2. 64. 85. The car came with Dunlops but I've always been brand loyal to Michelin. I just prefer Michelin.

The car has been meticulously cared for from day one. Two oil changes within  4. 95 miles.

It has been professionally detailed and maintained from day one to present. Any service has been done at the dealer. I had black vinyl added to the rear wing winglets designating the 3. 8 motor. The vinyl is very easily removed if not to your liking.

The car has been garaged kept its whole life with a color matched custom tailored car cover which fits the car like a suit.
