2007 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 3500

2007 Chevy K3500 truck. Has plow and dump plus a sander. Starts right up runs and drives well. Plow and dump operate. I used it to plow this winter. Sander engine spins free but I never tried to start it. ABS and brake light are on. I just had the brake lines replaced under it 3 months ago and the brakes work well now but I never got into it any further. Underside has some rust see pics. Please see pics.
