I have every receipt that I ever spent on this car and this massive pile of paperwork will accompany the vehicle. If I had to guess how much I spent on this car since I purchased it. which was around 1995. I'd estimate the cost to be around $75k. probably more. Anyone who knows anything about vehicles will know that the above listed parts are top notch and how much time and skill it took to install all of them.

I have this vehicle currently insured for $65k and I'm only paying $420/yearly because it's insured as a collector vehicle.

The builder. Chris Petris. is well known in the Corvette industry. He worked with John Greenwood and ran his own department years ago while working at Ecklers. He spent 8 1/2 years building this car because he's a perfectionist. And because I kept on adding things onto the above mega list for him to do to this car.

I know I won't get out what I invested in this build but there is no 85 like this one on the planet. It's never been raced. despite having cam locks and a rollbar. I basically had them installed for looks. The car is a rocket. reliable and so damn fun to drive. The original Atari style dash gauges are gone and have been replaced with new AutoMeter gauges.

No expense has been spared in this build. Every nut and bolt has been replaced. Every part has either been upgraded or replaced. I told Chris that I did not want to cheap out on anything. For example. the tires alone cost me $1. 00. The radiator $500. The 383 stroker engine with superram. thousands. If you carefully read the above list. you'll see why this car is the best 85 on the planet and beyond.

My buy it now price is $50k and the reserve is $46k. but I am willing to negotiate serious offers. I have a figure in my head and if it is reached. I will ship this car insured to your doorstep. via major carrier. anywhere in the continental U. S. . at my expense.

Approximately 2. 00 miles have been put on the vehicle since the restoration was completed.

Of course you may look at and inspect the vehicle after an appointment has been made.

I will only accept a deposit via PayPal if their fee is added to the purchase price and the vehicle will be released after the funds have been verified and withdrawn. Checks are accepted but the vehicle will not be released until and after the funds have been verified and withdrawn. Cashier's check is the best and fastest option.

Any question. please send me an email.

Thank you. /p>

Steve
