Here is a very well restored 1960 VW Beetle that has to be seen to be appreciated. Body matches Vin # 2709944. See photo.  
Certified mechanical fitness preformed in order to receive Antigue plates.  
Body: It was stripped down  with all chrome . lights . etc. removed. Repainted a lovely silver grey.  The bumpers were replaced along with all weatherstrips. Brakes were gone over with new hoses. lines. shoes and wheel cylinders.
New starter/ solenoid. New exhaust ( complete) New ( 4 )  shocksNew front and rear seat upholstery - just completed.  New HeadlinerNew carpet including trunk.  New tires including the spare with wide whitewall. Stainless trim is all there. Could be polished.  
All lights. horn . wipers . speedometer. odometer. and original Blaupunct radio in good working order.  Motor has been rebuilt and also had new fuel pump. carb. generator. regulator etc . transmission shifts as it should and clutch was renewed.  
All glass is in great condition and all the windows open and close fine.  All doors. engine lid lock up as they should.  2 sets of keys.  
Parcel tray in exc. condition. Undercarriage is in fine condition. See photos.  
Drives down the road very smoothly and it is a tight driving car at highway speed

Note:   4 brand new Michelins mounted on 4 brand new Porsche Type wheels ( zero miles driven) are available to go with the car for an extra amount.  The other tires plus the spare are also new with limited amount of wear ( 250 miles) .
