You will struggle to find a more genuine little classic !! The colour is chartreuse or light yellow which is quite rare but similar to primrose.

This little MG is for sale on behalf of some very close family friends who are unfortunately unable to continue to use this car due to ill health.   It has been in their ownership for nearly 30 years with only a couple of owners before and has always maintained professionally with loads of old MOTs and paperwork.
While in their ownership it did have a comprehensive rebuild with all the usual trouble spots being sorted.   Even the seats were re covered and re foamed at the MG Centre.  Lashings of waxoil etc etc.
The car drives beautifully with the overdrive working as it should.   Everything works well and the newish cloth type hood makes for a very cosy cabin.   It comes with the hood cover and a full tonneau cover too.
The bodywork is extremely solid all round with just one or two very minor marks. The panel fit is superb as you can see from the photographs.   The only thing I would do If I were to keep it myself(which may happen if a sensible price is not achieved) is have the wheels refurbished which would make the car look amazing (they aren't to bad though)
By all means have the car inspected by a professional if you are not mechanically minded yourself.

If you are looking for a sensible open top classic at a very reasonable price you need look no further.   I was amazed how comfortable and powerful the car is to drive without rattles or knocks and it starts first time every time.
