1978 FORD ESCORT GROUP 4 RALLY CAR SHELL

HERE WE HAVE FOR SALE THIS 1978 FORD ESCORT GROUP 4 MK2 ESCORT SHELL FINISHED IN FROZEN WHITE. THE SHELL HAS RECENTLY HAD A FRESHEN UP RE SPRAY AND IS NOW READY TO START BOLTING YOUR PARTS ON.
HERE IS A LIST OF THE SPEC:

This is a Ford Escort MkII Group 4rally prepared shell.



The shell is to be sold without running gear. engine and gearbox etc. but with some internal parts fitted. All the items included in the sale are detailed below.



Body Shell


Originally built using a rust free South African shell. The shell is fully GroupIV prepared and is 5-linked. Price includes all wiring. centre console. basic instruments. heater. wiper motor. all lights. carbon roof vent. full SD cage with diagonal and door bars. turreted +firewalled. laminated screen. fibre glass boot & spoiler. light weight bumper (rear). perspex windows/sliders. forest alloy arches and front spoiler. hydraulic fly-off handbrake. spare wheel holder. fuel tank platform. AFFFplumbed in + AFFF hand held extinguishers. RACMSA log book and DVLA logbook.


Pedal Box


TAS hydraulic pedal box with 3 master cylinders plus aluminium pedal set.

Dry Sump Tank + plumbing


AHH(Millington) dry sump tank plus large bore Aeroquip hoses throughout. Includes catch tank. in line filter. remote filter. large oil cooler and bulkhead connectors.


Fuel Tank. pumps plus plumbing


Ralloyinjection fuel tank plus plus Aeroquip hoses (to fit up to carburettors) plus twin facet pumps + filter. Also includes Ralloy spill tray and filler cap plus roll-over valve.
