2000 Chevrolet Corvette

Up for sale is my 2000 Torch Red with Red Leather Interior Black Top Corvette Convertible. 5. 7/LS1 AUTO.  It is in unbelievable beautiful condition for having 184500 miles. span >  most of the miles were highway driven. This car looks and drives like it has 40. 00 miles. I have owned many GM muscle cars over the past 30 years and this car is amazing! The looks it gets and puts a smile on your face every time you drive it! It has all original paint on exterior. top is also original. and all glass is original. No accidents. The front nose has normal wear from stone chips as well as hood has some chips that have been touched up. Interior is all original and both front seats have Leather NOS Chevrolet seat covers. red carpet was covered and looks as new as well as door panels. dash. steering wheel. all gauges. It has been meticulously  maintained throughout the years as the Transmission was rebuilt at 173. 00 and rear axles were replaced at same time. Reason for trans rebuild was because of small leak at differential which is very common since the transmission and differential are one unit. When mechanic had rear trans-axle/transmission out of car and had to separate transmission from trans-axle. It was decided to have transmission rebuilt along with torque converter. A/C compressor was also replaced with genuine GM new compressor. not rebuilt so A/C  is working cold. All 4 rotors and brake pads have been replaced using genuine GM parts. All four run flat tires have a lot of tread life left. Both wheel bearing just replaced rear end fluid refreshed. oil pressure sending unit replaced and gauge working proper. new GM fuel filter. car has been sent for professionally detailed and looks gorgeous ! This Corvette also is very rare color combination as only 707 total production convertibles had red interior. Other options include sport seats. power passenger seat. Bose sound system with 12 Disc CD changer. right and left illuminated vanity mirrors. 5 spoke factory chrome wheels. The only things that does not work are the lumbar supports on both seats as the plastic air tubes break and the inflatable bags deteriorate and are no longer available from Chevrolet. Nothing has been modified/altered nor any aftermarket parts installed on this car. 100% stock.

If someone is looking for a nice weekend car at a fair price with clean title. this would make a great car. Why spend BIG $$ this Corvette looks like you spent a lot of money when do didn't!

 Always has been in Southern California since new. until last year in Virigina and this year in Mass garaged. Also has always used Mobil One motor oil since new and is the recommended oil as per service book. My reason for selling is that I am buying my Brothers C5 21000 original mile bought new Corvette as he is buying a new Corvette. I would love to see the car go to a good home where it would remain in the condition it is currently in. I also have the original VCR tape that was with owners manual and booklets (all still with car along with corvette pen and leatherette case). Comes with original keys and 2 fobs.

This car was NEVER in an accident it has all original paint . the previous owner was a witness to an accident on 7/11/14 and filled out police forms that's all. when you see car you will see the condition!
