1971 Jensen Interceptor II, 1-Owner, NO RESERVE

No Reserve.   1971 Jensen Interceptor II.   Documented 1-owner.   Serial Number: 125.   Ordered through British Motor Car Distributors. LTD. out of San Francisco. Ca. and sold on 11-11-71 to Charles Henderson out of Auburn. California.   This car has been under Charles name till his passing last year and then sold under The Henderson Family Trust.   This Jensen was a well mainitained car that was driven on occaison and stored/parked in a climate mantained garage.   This is an all California and North Texas car.   The Original handbook. Owners Service card. Original Manufatures Guarantee Doc. and slip comes with the car.   The car had one repaint many. many years ago and shows sign of typical age.   The engine is a 383 and the Original engine no. J2289 to the car as documented on the warranty paper.   This is not a restored car. this is a Survivor car that was driven and has 57. 67 original miles.   I have personaly driven this car for maybe 100 miles to create my own opinon of the car.   I find the car is very smooth and a great touring driving car. very comfortable and stylish to enjoy.   The power steering turns on a dime with no effort.   When flipping switches in the car. nbsp;I found that a few will work great after one flip. but a few also need a 2-3 flips to work.   The dual horns work; bith american and english style sounds.   The radio does not come on. power antenna does work.   The A/C works. and blows cold.   The speedometer needle does bounce.   All the lights seam to work.   I did find a jack in a bag in the back of the car.   This seams to be a very original car that was enjoyed and maintained.   For what it is; I would save a great survior that can be enjoyed as is. or perfectly restored.   The only negatives that I noticed is a reflector is missing off the rear tailight on the passenger side and the shifter has a plastic cover that is broke. inside the console.   If I were to keep the car original as-is. nbsp;I would find those two parts.    The car starts up. drives and shifts great.   Brakes work great and is enjoyable drive.   Call me at 682-333-7433 with any questions.
