"The Mazda RX-7 received a styling update for 1986. and received a 2+2 model. Power was from the Wankel rotary engine which featured two coaxial three-lobe rotors and a 80 cubic-inch displacement size. Power was rated at nearly 150 horsepower and with the optional turbocharger installed. that figure rose to 182 horsepower. Gearbox options were either the standard five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. The RX-7's rigid rear axle was replaced by fully independent suspension called the Dynamic Tracking Suspension system. The recirculating-ball unit was replaced with a rack-and-pinion system. Disc brakes could now be found at all four corners as standard equipment. "

There is not a lot to say about this one. it is an all original. unrestored one owner RX-7 LX with only 14. 25 miles. One look at this car and it is obvious that it has been meticulously maintained.   The car was purchased to be a daily driver and was driven regularly the first year. it was then put in storage and only driven occasionally when the owner received a company car.   All features are fully operational and it looks and runs as new.

A power window conversion kit was purchased and the passenger  window has been converted but the drivers side needs to be done.   Included in the sale will be the original window sticker. owners manual and power window conversion kit.

 

Please remember that this car is 27 years old and not perfect. The A/C blows cool. not cold and needs to be recharged.
