You are bidding on a nice. but not great. hard to find Avanti II. I'm not sure why the G80 is included in the listing but it showed up by default from Ebay. I am the second owner and am selling due to this having a few more projects to do on it than I have the time for and is reflected in a low reserve price. This is the first year for the Monte Carlo frame and drive train with a 305 engine. TH350 transmission with overdrive and posi rear end. Power front disc brakes. power steering. A/C. tilt wheel. and cruise control. Upholstery front and back is leather with no rips or tears. The front seat inserts are a real comfortable suede. The engine is all there with no overheating. no leaks and no hot start issues. The car runs great and straight and when you consider 90. 00 miles over thirty years. that's only 3. 00 a year. Most of what it needs is cosmetic and does not affect the driveability. What it needs: Power seats do not function (I have not investigated cause). sun roof opens and closes but does not pop up flush with roof. windows operate but slow. A/C compressor kicks in but does not blow cold. speedometer does not work. Tachometer does not work (all other gauges work). aftermarket radio with amp and sub-woofer but not connected. could use a repaint (not faded but has scratches and a few nicks). carpet is discolored but not worn. weather stripping around windows needs replacing. Tires and battery are brand new. I am trying to be as open an honest as I can about this car and what it needs and I will gladly answer any additional questions you may have.
