The Bentley Turbo R
Engine: 6. 75-Litre V8 Turbo(approximately 300hp and 500-lbs. ft. of torque)
Assembly: Crewe. Cheshire. England
History: Although the Turbo R had not been designed for racing. it captured the one-hour endurance distance title and 15 other major records. some of which had stood for 50 years. The car covered over 140 miles in an hour. beating by eight miles the record held by a Lamborghini Countach.  
It was the fastest sedan in the world at the time.

Up for auction is my 1989 Bentley Turbo R. It is located in Johnson City. New York (upstate).
It looks good. it runs good. it drives good. and it has a recent New York State Inspection sticker.
I have driven it almost every day this spring after its indoor winter storage.
It has a new steering rack. new track rods. new tires. new battery. and more.
$10. 00 of service has been done 5. 00 miles ago by a Bentley dealer and I have the receipts.
Everything on this car is incredibly over-built and I see no reason why it won't continue to provide years of driving pleasure.
The car is 28 years old and is not 'flawless and impeccable' like the $30. 00 super low mileage Turbo R's for sale.  In fact. driving a car so few miles can cause problems. They made these cars to be driven. after all.
My car has 176k on the odometer and the reserve price is set accordingly.  
I believe it is the best driving. best looking Bentley Turbo R in the country for the price.
