This is a lovely 1976 Leyland Mini (Deluxe). I bought her in 2013 when she was a bright yellow cutie in need of some serious TLC. My partner and I (with the help of friends) transformed her into what she is today - a beautiful Turquoise gem that is a joy to drive. She never fails to capture a smile!

It took us about 2 ½ years to restore the interior. exterior and under the bonnet and I insisted that we keep as many iconic Mini pieces as possible. The radio and speakers were my only exceptions which we managed to find a brand new retro look CD/MP3 player from the USA so I could play all my Spotify favourites. The interior is creamy off-white except for the dash (original black) and in excellent condition. I was planning to get custom floor mats made by the same upholsterer. but ended up buying beige ones instead and they are a pretty good match. She runs like a charm and the only time I have had trouble getting her to start was recently when we found she had a flat battery from sitting for too long - my reason for selling :(. With brand new battery in place she is back in top form! 

It is a regretful sale. but as much as I love this little lady she spends most of her time locked up in the garage. I would love her to go to a good home and for someone to get as much enjoyment from her as I did on the rare occasions she was driven. Everywhere I take her people wave. smile and want to take a photo.   If you want to be left alone at the service station this is not the car for you :)!

Obviously she is very economical and a great little runabout for heading into town – you'll have no trouble fitting into those tiny parking spaces that everyone else has to drive-by :). I have all the receipts for services and repairs and have used the Classic Cars Clinic (Brisbane Rd. Labrador) for her most recent services and they know what they  are doing.

Although I am open to reasonable offers. I am in no hurry to sell her. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to arrange an inspection. Roadworthy will be issued upon sale.
