1995 Chevrolet Camaro

Extremely nice 1995 Camero for sale. Original equipment includes Bose sound standard with CD player. remote keyless entry (One keyfod included along with two sets of chipped keys). The car includes some relatively rare F1 package items including ground effects and F1 floor mats. Aftermarket additions include: hypertech tuner (needed to change the gear ratio for the 4:10 gear). Hurst shift knob and shifter. K&N air filter. skip shift delete. SLP throttle body spacer. flow. ster exhaust and probably a few other things I am forgetting. Also included are the original 3. 83 gears. T top sun shades (brand new. never used). a cover for the car and some other miscellaneous small items.
As far as condition is concerned the car is really nice. Exterior is 9. 0/10 in my opinion. Very very nice. The only reason it's not 10/10 is because the front bumper skin has some paint beginning to peel and a few rock chips here and there (barely noticeable).  
Interior is 9. 5/10. only issues are a few scratches on the plastic and some weird blue spots on the carpet in the rear. They appear to be a factory defect because it has the same spot on both side of the car.  
Mechanically. the car is 9. 5/10 as well. It has a minor oil leak on the front of the engine which I believe to be coming from the front main. but not sure. Otherwise it's perfect! Fires right up even after sitting for two weeks. The tires are almost brand new as well.
Those who owned the car for me took time to detain everything they did to the car and kept every receipt for the work that was done to it. I literally have a three ring binder about 3/4 full with details of the car. This even indudes the original window sticker and options that were purchased with the car.  It also contains multiple Carfax reports showing no wrecks and mileage history proving the miles are original (which isn't hard to believe if you see the car in person)
To clear this up. I am selling for two reasons. FIrst. I don't drive the car often enough to justify keeping it. I've put a whopping 2. 00 miles on it in the nearly four years I've owned it. Secondly. I'm looking to buy a house in the near future so I could use the extra downpayment. I absolutely love the car and hate to see it go but priories first. right?
I'm asking $12. 00 cash only and will take offers but please don't lowball me as you'll be wasting your time and mine. I know these cars are hard to find with this many miles.
