HOLDEN HZ KINGSWOOD 253 T-Bar 180 ORIGINAL K's!!!

Hi. I am reluctantly selling my HZ. Things have changed. so off she goes unfortunately.

(NB: The car looks a bit faded in the pics in the carport. but just needed a buff. Paint is actually in vgc. it had an 'exterior only' paint job approx 7-8 yrs ago and then put in storage. I will try and take some better ones. The last pic is what the motor was like the day I bought it!)

She's a 1977 253 T-Bar Auto. with a GENUINE 180klms with books. a one family car until I bought it in 2016. and was in storage from about 2009 until 2016 also. Being from Bathurst NSW. this car has bugger all to no rust. and is very straight and never been in a prang.

I have spent a heap of $$ on the car in the last several months to get here up to speed and into the above average condition she is now. I have a bad back. so all work has been carried out by professional and legit tradespeople.  The list is long and includes:

Was not originally power steer. Now has a fully re-coed power str unit

Has been totally rust-proofed/sealed and then whole of the underbody sprayed black

Engine bay re-sprayed. including rocker covers and air filter/new stickers

New brakes all 'round including master cyl. rotors. lines. pads. nbsp;calipers serviced also.

New ball joints. tie rods. control arms. wheel bearings/re-packed

Heap of New bushes both front and rear

All New hoses. leads. plugs. points. and a New carby kit

Replaced alternator and has a New battery

Has been slightly lowered. and fitted with King springs and Monroes all 'round

Been fitted with a nice set of Jellybeans and New tyres

Has New muffler and tailpipe

New front indicator lenses

Has New carpet

New rear speakers (still has ORIGINAL RADIO!)

The interior is in pretty good nick for a 40 year old car. with only a couple of things I haven't yet got around to doing. Being. a split and minor cracking on one side of the drivers' seat. and both front arm rests could do with a little tlc. (curling up. nbsp;see pic). Otherwise. there are no other tears or blemishes and the dash has no cracks.

The motor is still very strong. and only needed a wash down of years of dust. a carby kit. fresh oil. plugs and leads. and a tune. She now purrs like a kitten! The trans is still very smooth too. The car doesn't blow any smoke or use any water. I would drive it to Perth and back. nbsp;no worries.

The car currently has NSW pensioner rego on it (expires Nov 2017). but I (and the car) have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast. QLD. So I will be selling the car in an 'AS IS' condition. with or without the NSW rego. as req'd. You may want to put Club rego on it anyway??

The PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE but I am looking for a price in the 20K price bracket. There are similar HZ's on the net for less. nbsp;but where do you find a ZED with less than 200 ORIGINAL k's on it and has had all the hard work already done for you!? Much of the car will not need replacing or repairing for ANOTHER 40 years!! I am not in a real hurry to sell. so SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE. And please inspect and/or speak with me before bidding/buying so I know you are fair dinkum. NO CONTACT = NO CAR for you and I will pull the sale! Thankyou.
