I am proud to present this one year only color Indy Pace Car Pearl Red Allanté with the Black Leather Interior with the 1993 only NorthStar engine.   It is in absolutely perfect mechanical condition in every way.   I have been dealing exclusively with Allantés for over 18 years and can assure you that this is a phenomenal car.  This rust free car has 50. 25 miles on it (that's just 2. 00 miles a year). and is structurally sound. with a perfect Carfax.   It has stock Allante wheels with the Vogue white & yellow side wall tires that have plenty of tread left.   It has a very tasteful pinstripe that complements the Vogue tires.   Mechanically this car is 100%.   All the belts. hoses and brakes have recently been gone through.    Every single thing works perfectly and the air conditioning blows ice cold.   The paint is beautiful and does not have any door dings.   This car could be driven coast to coast with no issues.   The interior is in immaculate shape and the seats are perfect.

This car was owned by John Rhys-Davies. the English movie star.  An article detailing his ownership was recently published in Insider magazine and will accompany all of the documentation of this Allante.

As the president of the Allanté Club of America. I see hundreds of Allantes a year.   This car is an exceptional value for a 1993 Allante and represents a great opportunity!  This is one of the last Allantes with a March 1993 build date (the last Allante was built on July 15th 1993).   It has all of the important and final updates.  These late 1993 Allantes are the ones the collectors are looking for.   The Pearl Red color was a 1993 only color and is the color of the 1993 Indy Pace Car.  This color is just stunning on this car.

These cars. with their 300 HP NorthStar V-8 engines (4. 6L). get about 17 mpg around town and 25 mpg on the highway.   These cars run great on regular gasoline.   This car has the Allante sought after analog dash.   It also has two sets of original keys.   It has all of its books including the Gold Package Delivery System.   This car does not have any oil leaks as many of the Northstar engines did.   Not a single drop of oil is present.

A recent copy of Hemmings Collector Car Magazine rates the Allante as one of the most likely future collectible Cadillacs.   Now is the time to buy while these cars are value priced. enjoy it. and later sell it for more than you paid.

Feel free to call and discuss this Allanté or any of your Allanté questions and needs.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Allante.  In '87 Cadillac introduced their Allante to help their dealers compete against Mercedes and Jaguar who sold luxury sedans and sexy sports cars. GM formed a partnership with Pininfarina to build their “deluxe sports car” in Italy. GM sent floor pans to Italy without engines or transmissions.   The chassis were shortened and the custom convertible body was fabricated with many aluminum panels and installed. the interior was built and 56 finished shells at a time were flown in special 747's to Michigan for engines and drivetrains. This 4. 00 mile flight called it the “the longest assembly line in the world”.

From '87 to '93 they produced 21. 30 cars.   Pininfarina (Ferrari) modified the chassis and fabricated aluminum hoods and trunks to lighten the car for higher performance. In '93 there were 4. 70 produced.   ‘93's featured the new Northstar 4. 6l V-8. dual overhead cam series with 300 hp. Performance results were 0-60 mph in 6. 4 sec. . the quarter mile in 15 sec @ 93mph and topped out at a claimed 140 mph.   They were selected for the '93 Indy pace car and only needed a seat belt. roll bar and different air intake to be fast enough to lead the field.

According to Hagarty. a class #1 has a value of $24. 00 and a class #2 selling for #14. 00. This car is now 24 years old and cars become antiques at 25. when the real value starts climbing.

This is a no reserve auction. so the highest bidder will own it.  That said. please make sure you have any permissions you might need.
