Some of these cars have been neglected. leak. have faulty ABC suspensions. rattle. and generally need expensive repairs. Not this one! It's been well serviced with thousands and thousands spent over the years to keep it in tip-top condition!! -- This is a 2007 S65 V12 twin-turbo sedan in 197 Obsidian black over 504 caramel brown exclusive full leather interior. burlwood trim. and tan carpets with alcantara headliner. It has 102. xx miles. clean title. and it looks/drives like a million bucks! –

 

-- Exterior 9. 25 out of 10 (I'm finicky) – Very very nice condition paint. body. glass. and trim. No dings. no dents. only a few minor wear marks and minor touched-up rock chips and thin scratches. This car looks amazing. with a deep shine to the glossy metallic black paint that's like looking into a mirror. This car looks great even under fluorescent light in a garage! You will not believe the cosmetic condition of this car inside and out for a 102K mile 10 year old car. It's very very nice. --

-- Even the lower side-body moldings are in nice shape. including the AMG side skirts and bumpers. Chrome. rubber. glass. trim is all very nice. No oxidation. fade. wear. rust. etc. Headlights do not have ‘road-rash'. --

-- The 20” AMG staggered alloy wheels are in very good condition with only some curb rub along the edges. The tires have about 15% tread remaining. but at the BIN price I will include a set of staggered Nitto performance tires in sizes 255/35/20 up front and 275/35/20 in the rear with 100% tread remaining in front. 75% tread in rear. and an EXTRA BRAND NEW set of rear tires since this car eats up rear tires due to all the torque. The four will be mounted and balanced. and the spare set of new rears will be bagged and placed in the car for future use. The wheels are true with no bends. The car drives straight as an arrow at any speed you choose. --

-- Interior 9. 75 out of 10 - The caramel brown leather interior overall including all seating and door leather. seat padding. dash. console. and carpets are in fantastic original condition. No dash cracks. carpet rips. very little wear of any kind on the leather (driver's bolster shows nearly zero wear). Everything looks and feels great; you can barely even tell anyone has been in the car. No signs of smoking. eating. or drinking. --

Liquidated Damages: In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle. we shall be entitled to liquidated damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Sales Tax & Other Fees: Depending on the jurisdiction of your residence. the vehicle may be subject to a sales tax.

Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise. we have the sole right to select the venue and location where such dispute will be heard. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.
