This 2003 RSX Type-S is highly yet tastefully modified with very high quality OEM Honda & aftermarket parts.
The car has a clean title (I have the carfax if you'd like to see it) and has always been registered in California.  
I have the title in hand.
I purchased this car with the intent to transform it into a track car. but I've changed my mind and going to pursue a rear wheel drive track car instead.
Note:  This car WILL NOT pass CA SMOG as-is.  
The JDM motor and exhaust setup is NOT smog legal in CA  - that is why I planned to convert it to a track only car so that it would be trailered to the track.  
That said. if you live in a state without emissions that are as strict as CA. this very well may be the car for you.
If you live in CA and are looking for an RSX that would make for a great dedicated track car. you're well on your way with this one.
While I've said a lot about tracking the car. it is livable for daily driving.  
While the suspension is stiff and the exhaust is LOUD (the exhaust system is a catless SKUNK2 ALPHA header back exhaust system). it still drives great.
I am happy to have the car shipped to you at your expense.  
I have shipped many cars both to buyers and have bought cars and have them shipped to me.  
It's a very simple process.  
Based on some research I've done. shipping from CA to the East coast will be around $1. 00 for an open air trailer.  
That's not a guarantee of the shipping cost. but a reasonable estimate.
If you're from out of state and would like to pick the car up and drive it home. I live 15 minutes from San Francisco airport and would be happy to pick you up from the airport for you to take the car from there.

-ABS is currently DISABLED.  The ABS light always stays on in the gauge cluster.  

Condition of car

Exterior (6. 5/10):

-Good condition all around for being a 14 year old black car.

-The passenger side rear bumper has a very large scuff with paint chipped.  I looked under the car and there is no structural damage from there potentially being a rear-end hit - so whatever happened must have been someone backing into another car or something to cause this.  Repainting the bumper will fix this - up to you.  Again. there is NO structural damage in the rear end of the car that I could find.

-On each door there are a few door dings. -Passenger side rear quarter panel there are a few scratches.  In one section of that panel. there is a quarter size spider web type paint issue.  Not sure what caused it. just know it's there. -Passenger side front fender there is a splatter mark that discolored the paint (maybe bird poop that wasn't cleaned off quickly)-Surface scratches on both rear quarter panels. front fenders. and both doors. -The paint still shines nicely and some of these scratches may be buffed out with a healthy polish session-Front windshield has a few pit marks and rock chips - nothing that is cracking the entire windshield though.

Interior (6. 5/10):

-S2000 Start button (not hooked up though)

-Red stitch shift boot

-JDM DC5R Shift knob in very good condition

-Front seats are in fair condition.  There are rips in the base of both front seats and wear on the bolsters

-Rear seats are in good condition - some surface wear

-Front and rear carpet in good condition
