MGB GREEN (TAX EXEMPT Next year)

This car has been with me for a lot of years in fact since 2004. we used to do a lot of travelling together but as I got older and I have to say larger in size the image was not good. so in recent years she has been left in the garage and last year she was SORN and she has not been out. I took her to France the year before for a holiday.  She loved it open roads. being admired. and generally we had fun.  She has only once let me down and that was a battery issue.  Why has she got a new engine she was being serviced as I always used same garage and when I collected her we left and on the dual carriageway  a few miles away from garage there was a bang and something sounded wrong and she stopped pretty quick. Rang garage and they realised they had forgotten to put oil in her so they did all the work and she is now running on unleaded that was about 3 years ago. She has been good since.  This is a good solid car always garaged and never went out in the wet. (Sad I know) she will start with a tow and I will be happy to prove that to any prospective buyer. She needs or could do with a new hood. new soleniod and a very good polish. But thats a little winter project.  
If she were perfect I would be asking a lot more but I am moving soon and think its time to let her go to someone who can show her off. ( Plus new house does not have a garage. )

She has no  MOT is currently SORN and will need a trailer but she will drive onto it plus you can test drive on my land.
I will not give her away so please don't insult me with a stupid offer. I would rather put her on blocks and keep her if people do that.  
I am an honest guy and want and honest price please hence why I have started her where I did.   Mileage is 56352 but that was the old engine and now new she has done about 8k on new engine.  I am getting lots of questions re rust.  I have checked the front wings around the seams and the rear seams and all are very solid plus under the windscreen have added photographs now. I have only located rust under the brake resevoiur cylinder in the engine compartment so if you stand at front of car and look at engine top left corner.  she has overdrive and it worked in France last year. and I have just seen she has a front nearside tyre but will look at that tomorrow. I am happy to answer any questions but I am nnot a professional I just loved driving this car I will welcome any person viewing her and I am sure the first person will buy. she is 1973/74 NOT tax exempt. yet next year will be. I will keep posting my responses here as I answer questions Been asked for pictures of seams these are attached they are all good no rust. Thank you for your interest as I said I thought I had priced her right but wondering if she is worth more but I am not greedy please come and look.
I have just found this article that states that from next year this car will be Exempt from TAX. So a small winter project and turn her out next summer.
