I'd like to introduce you to Frankenstein. a Blue 2000 Jeep XJ I purchased in June of 2013 with 110k miles on in from a local dealership and now has 136K. Since purchase in 2013. it has been materially rebuilt (including installing a rebuilt engine three years ago) and is in excellent mechanical shape. I'm moving towards my next project. Below are repairs and upgrades I have performed. Please let me know when you'd like to arrange inspection or a test drive. I'm located in Westchester. NY.

Engine Replacement

Replaced in March 2014 - with rebuilt engine from ATK

Harmonic Balancer. Serpatine belt. Motor mounts

Heating/Cooling

Replaced Hoses. Thermostat. Heatercore. Radiator. water pump. electric fan

Evaporator. AC Compressor. hoses

Electrical

Starter. battery

Steering

Replaced Steering knuckle/gear. power steering pump. pulley. and hoses

Suspension

Replaced Front U-Joints and steering bearing hubs (Timken). sway bar links

Professional Alignment (from Bear Auto in Buchannan. NY)

Installed Monro Sensitrac shocks. Dorman Medium Duty leaf springs (small lift) including all bushing. U-bolts. and flange bolts with OEM

Braking

Brake Pads. Rotors. Drum break tune-up. brake fluid flush.

Master Cylinder and brake booster

Sensors

Replaced both O2. Crank Shaft. Cam Shaft. Leak detection pump  - All replaced with OEM

Fuel/Exhaust

Fuel Injector Upgrade

Muffler/tailpipe replacement a couple of months ago

Upgrade Recap

Lighting - Headlamp upgrade. Headlight relay (much brighter lights)

Suspension - Rough Country shocks. leaf springs (small lift)
