The Ferrari 308. known by many for its role as co-star to Tom Selleck in the hit TV series "Magnum P. I. " is one of the most recognizable cars in the world. It is almost certainly the most recognizable Ferrari ever made. and highly sought after. There is a possibility that the pedigree of this Ferrari. goes back to the original owner being the production house of Magnum PI (the previous owner. indicated it was. but we are looking for solid proof). We are still waiting for Ferrari to get back to us. with the original ownership documentation.

The 308. with its mid-engined layout. low roofline. and exotic sounding 3 liter V-8 is in every sense of the word an exotic car. Made by hand in Italy by the most famous sports car company in the world. the 308 is drop dead beautiful. even more so in person than in pictures. (Pictures never seem to convey how low this car is. which makes it look so much more amazing in person).

Up for a LOW RESERVE auction: A beautiful 1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi. in Rosso Corsa with Tan Leather Interior. a classic and most desirable Ferrari color combination. This car has been lovingly restored over the past years by the previous owner (a NASA engineer. who trained Shuttle pilots). and it shows. Everything has been done to this Ferrari. that needs to be done. From a new clutch. new water pump. new alternator. new brakes. new tires. new timing belt. new paint (it just shines). and the list goes on and on. This Ferrari runs and purrs like when it was new. and is a blast to drive. The car is almost flawless. and in our opinion. collector grade. Only items that need some attention. are two small tears in the bottom of the driver seat. the A/C compressor has been removed. and a few scratches/dings on the front lower air dam (this car is low. so watch out for curbs!). Just took the car out for a drive. and people everywhere were honking. and giving me the thumbs up! 30 years later. and this car turns heads. and gets people talking.
