1967 2 Door American Ford Falcon

Built in 1966 in the Kansas City Mustang Factory in the US.   First registered in 1967.  

Factory 289 (4 barrel manifold and carby) - C6 Auto - 8 3/4 rear end.   Disc brake front - Drum rear. Mustang suspension underneath including a lot of the front end parts.   Effectively this is a 2 door XR GT Falcon for a fraction of the cost they are going for now.  The car has no rust.        

Imported into AUS in 2003. and underwent a full bare metal nut and bolt restoration in Tasi.   Built as a GTA replica - Motor. Trans and diff all rebuilt at that time.   Floor pan repairs and all rust issues professionally cut out and replaced.   Sold and shipped to Vic some years later where I brought it off the elderly 2nd owner here.   Power steering fitted. brand new twin system fitted (hidden at the back) - 4 brand new 5 slot wheels. tyres. trims and caps. Car has a hiden "kill switch" fitted as well.  

Car is Wimbledon white with beautiful red interior that was purchased new from the US upon rebuild.   New carpets as well as a Mustang GT Pod attached to the dash and GT Cobra Steering Wheel.    Car does have some very minor stone chips and tiny scratches (very minor) but is in overall beautiful condition and drives magnificently.  Is quite fuel efficient and runs like a dream.   Lots of effort has been put into putting this car back together including the detailed engine bay and the attention to detail in the interior and boot.   The car really has to be seen on the flesh to appreciate how good it looks - the photo's don't do it justice!

Car is obviously on Club Reg but will come with a current RWC.    This is a very reluctant sale – no offers. swaps or trades are welcome or will be considered.   The price is firm at the listed price and if not sold will be stored.   If you don't have the money or need to get permission to buy it please don't contact me.   This is a very nice car – offered at a very reasonable price and needs to be used and enjoyed.

The car is located in Croydon South - Vic 3136. Only genuine buyers will be test driving the car after a refundable deposit has been paid.   $1000 deposit will be required upon agreement to purchase.   Remainder within 7 days in cash or direct bank deposit.  More than happy to help interstate buyers after the funds have cleared into my account.
