Hello. selling my beloved Rosalyn for all the volvo Enthusiasts who are interested! 
INTRO
First off. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to my cars. I have a no eating/ drinking rule for all 5 of my cars. and the family and friends hate it. Haha 
This is a mint condition adult 2-owner V70R with the favored 6 speed manual. and highly sought after Attacama interior.
I will have more details up by tonight after I sift through the folder of maintenance records. but here are some of the major points of the top of my head- 
THE GOOD/ MAINTENANCE
Lower miles @119kT-belt/ water pump have been changedAngle gear has been replaced ($2k repair) Basically a New PCV system. No leaks. weird smells. doesn't burn oil. Always FS Mobile one oil changes 3kAlways fueled with Shell premium I'm a very meticulous. picky. owner.  Lots of newer parts. Active 4C suspension recently checked and it good condition.  New brakes not too long ago.  Tires in good condition. No rust. Garage kept. I stored it this winter. although it has seen winters in the past.  Near perfect Attacama interior (see pics)Transmission shifts amazing. There is a lot of info and repair records I'm missing. I will upload them later tonight.  
THE MODS
All new IPD trans/ motor mounts IPD Solid strut mount conversion kitFull IPD cat-back exhaust (has a very distinct and sophisticated sound :)I can text a video clip if you'd like to hear itLED reverse lights LED license plate lights LED daytime driving lights (throws a bulb failure code dash light when they're on for some reason)20% tint all around except the windshield Custom Radio/aux cord installed by Extreme car audio.  I wanted to leave the stock radio because it looks perfect with the rest of the dash.  Carbon fiber wrapped center console.

THE CONS 
There are a few small paint chips on the hood that I barely noticed when I bought it. The headlights are two difference temps. nbsp;One is 5k the other is 6k. Hardly notiable. but I'm picky and it bugs me.  Original Clutch and master slave cylinder.  That's about it for the downsides. ! 
As many of you V70R enthusiasts know. he master slave cylinder has been known to fail anywhere from 40k to 150k. but as a general rule of thumb. the clutch should last as long as the car lasts. Just goes to show you that this car hasn't been beat on.
OUTRO 
This R is gorgeous inside and out. It has been very reliable for me. Just went to Chicago last month for a wedding. and it was such a great ride for me and the guests.
You might not find another unicorn like this Mystic Silver Metallic Attacama 6MT. I am no need or hurry to sell. simply testing the waters. I grew up in volvo wagons my whole life. and this is Volvo #4 that I own.  Hoping to sell to another volvo family so It continues to be treated the right way. Also. it would be nice to have the funds to start my Volvo Amazon Project.
