Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not required to pay sales tax. title. or license fees for the state of Texas. However. the customer is responsible for registration and fees for the vehicle in their home state.   If our office assists with the financing of your purchase. our office is required to send the paperwork to your local motor vehicle title transfer office.   All out of state buyers will be required to pay the Taxes and Fees listed and a $50 fee to Fed Ex Title within 21 Business Days.

Texas Residents
Texas Residents will be charged the Taxes and Fees listed. 6. 25% sales tax rate. $35. 50 for the title transfer fee. and any license plate & registration fee applicable to your purchase.  

**Winning bidders must submit $500. 00 a Non-refundable deposit by Paypal or credit card within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The remaining balance (including Taxes and Fees) will be due within 7 calendar days of the closing of the auction.
All financial transactions must be complete before delivery of the vehicle. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Title Information
Discount Motor Company is a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Texas and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. In Texas. most titles are held as collateral with the lein holder. Therefore in some cases the title may not be present at the time of delivery. While we usually have all titles in our possession. there are occasions when we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles will be sent to our buyers via overnight delivery for proper tracking for the cost of $50. Thank you for your patience and understanding. All vehicles that we auction have a clean and clear title (no salvage. flood. or reconditioned titles).

Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise. we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 12 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership is available for pickup at our local airport when necessary. Buyers must notify us of this pickup 24 hours prior to making travel arrangements.

Notice to Buyers

Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with and governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas applicable to Terms and Conditions made among Texas residents and to be performed wholly within such jurisdiction. regardless of such parties actual domiciles. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions both parties submit to personal jurisdiction in Nueces County. Texas and further agree that any cause of action arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a Nueces County. Texas court.
