If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks. we will hold all titles until funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements. but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from
shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3. 00. 00. 00. We assume no responsibility
for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Empire Motors Auto Sales LLC. as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper. not with Empire Motors Auto Sales LLC.

The amount of time it takes for delivery isdependent on the carrier. but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility
until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

We will contact the successful highest bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Winning bidder MUST communicate with Empire Motors Auto Sales LLC by e-mail or phone (215) 831-0123 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy. or the sale is not completed within 24 hours. we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle. Successful bidder (BUYER) must. within 24 hours of auction closing send to Seller a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500. 00 by Pay Pal. major credit card. cash in person or bank certified funds.

Within 7 days of bid closing. Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer. cash in person. or by bank certified funds to the Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit. Buyer must provide a copy of thieir state issued valid Drivers license by email or fax. Furthermore. before said vehicle is released for
shipment or pick up. all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to Seller.

Storage Fees:

All vehicles must be paid for in full within 7(seven) days from the end of the auction or they will be moved to a storage lot due to lack of space at our
facility. A storage fee of $35. 00 per day will be assessed to buyer's account unless other arrangements are made. If you are working with a shipping company. please contact us to make such arrangements to avoid storage fees. Fees and Taxes

Taxes. Registration and Fees:
A $249. 00 fee will be added to final sale price of each online transaction. which will cover document preparation. listing. title transfer and notary fees.

Out of state sales are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in.

Pennsylvania residents are subject to State. City and County taxes along with registration and title fees. All tag agency fees apply.  All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be registered.

A 60 day temporary transit tags are available for $75. 00.  Buyer must provide a valid proof of insurance and valid driver's license in order to receive a temporary tag.
