My son bought this car and bored of it and left me holding the financing. These fox body convertibles are becoming harder find in this kind of condition. If you are paying any attention to the market. prices on these cars are rapidly growing. This is the time to get that fox body convertible 5. 0 that you have been dreaming about.  Do not insult me with a low offer for the car.

If you grew up in the '80s you know this car. Competition Orange paint with a black convertible top & black interior is a classic GT look. There have been some modifications made to the car such as a change in color from the original hunter green to a much more desirable color. The paint quality is in good condition. The only visible issue I can see is that these are a couple spider web cracks in the fiberglass hood where the bolts go into the hood. They are very light and not noticeable unless looking closely. Exterior mods include the Mach 1 Style Fiberglass Hood. smoked headlights. parking light lenses. and brand new taillights. The old cheese grater taillights had long since been replaced with goofy round ones that I replaced quickly with the LX version lights. They are NOS so most people don't recognize that they aren't original. This car is a lot nicer than most of these that you see still cruising around.

The GT's interior is a great place to do some serious driving. Black leather upholstery with red piping looks pretty sweet in the interior. She was defiantly re-upholstered at one point.   Whomever did the work was exceptionally good at their job because it looks stock.   The leather-wrapped airbag  steering wheel is in good shape. Other options include A/C. power windows. locks. and mirrors. cruise control. and power lumbar support in the seats. She does have a stock 5-speed manual transmission that in my opinion. just makes this car more fun. Aftermarket stereo system featuring an Alpine AM/FM/CD w/ Bluetooth. There's not a lot of trunk space. but it is clean and tidy. more proof of a relatively easy life.  There's also a power black convertible top that is older and will need to be replaced eventually. It does have a few areas that are wearing down. See pictures for details. car does come with a black convertible boot.

The legendary 5. 0-liter V8 needs no introduction. and once you slide behind the wheel and fire up this torque monster. you'll understand why these cars continue to be wildly popular today. There are some minor bolt-ons mods like a BBK cold air induction system. MSD ignition system hidden under a factory black distributor cover.  She runs well & still feels awfully fast on the street. The engine does have 88K miles but you would never know it when you are driving it.  The underside is shockingly clean for an Ohio born car.

Torq Thrust chrome wheels are stuffed into the fenders and carry 245/45/17 performance radials.

The 5. 0 has found a new generation of hobbyists who love the effortless torque and easy upgrades available in these cars. They're not going to be this affordable for much longer. so if you've been looking for one. this is your chance.

UPDATE: The last time the car was listed the buyer turned out to be bogus! If you have an ebay feedback of less than 10. you will need to contact me before bidding or your bid will be deleted.
