2013 Porsche 911

It is FAST. BEAUTIFUL. and FUN.  
You probably can't find a car this LOADED. for this year model. at this price.  
I purchased this vehicle used in July of 2014.  As far as I know. there are no body repairs before I purchased. and were NO paint work or accidents since I owned it.   
Although the miles are over 80k. the car looks. feels. rides. and performs in a way that most people would think would be less than 20k miles.   I get many complements on this car on a monthly basis.  The miles are mostly highway miles.  It is a great road car. and gets good mileage on the highway (I think EPA rates it at 28mpg. but not sure.  I get around 28 +/- on the highway at speed limit. ) 
I think that Porsche says this 991. 1 911-S has 400 HP.  It feels like much more. especially when you use the "Sport Plus" mode.

Condition: 
Garage parked. well maintained. by Porsche of Memphis.  Great condition. nbsp;inside and out.  
There are a few imperfections in the paint. but much less than most would expect with a car of this miles.  You can see them in the pictures.  Outside: Looks great!   Just to make sure to properly represent the car. I tried to take pictures to show all the imperfections that I see.  (EG. a small chip on the hood. above the clear bra. a small chip on a rear fender. a small rub on the rear bumper. )  No one EVER notices these. as they blend very well in the paint.  I only notice them because I am OCD. )Inside: A few small scorches in the leather (you can see them in the pictures. ) Same as on the outside. no one ever notices these. but I do with my OCD.  The driver seat has VERY little wear.  I alter the way i enter the vehicle as to reduce wear on the seat.  I saw a 911 at the dealership with about 25k miles. and this interior is in much better condition.  
The convertible top is less than 6 months old. so it looks almost PERFECT.  It was replaced under warranty because of a factory defect in the original.   A BIG DEAL for used Porsche convertibles to have a top that is in this good of condition.  
I put new tires on it in February of 2017.  New brakes on the front in February of 2017.  I will have the dealership put new brake pads on the rear if requested from the buyer (I replace them when they get to 30% wear or less)  

The Sale:This is a company owned car (I am one of the company owners). and have the title in my desk drawer.  If you agree to buy the car. a $500 fully refundable deposit must be made (via PayPal. or similar).  If you come to get the car. or get it inspected. and it is not as it is represented. I will fully refund the deposit.  I can pick you up at the Memphis airport. or will meet you in the Memphis TN area. (I suggest the Porsche dealership).  The dealership (and the service manager. Andy) is very familiar with this car. and how well I take care of my cars.  I am happy to take the car to them. and let them inspect he car for you.  
I am open for offers!  However. if you can't afford it. please don't waste my time. or yours.  If you can afford it. you should buy it.
