Hurry. before the clock strikes 100k! If you are looking for a daily driver. weekend cruiser. graduation gift. this is the perfect car. It is good running. low mileage convertible that has 10 years of life remaining. Bimmers are engineered to last over 200k miles and this is one is at the halfway point. Where can you buy a vehicle for $5k that will give you years of driving pleasure and reliability? This vehicle isn't flawless; it is 17 years old. But it isn't a an auction vehicle either. It has dings. scratches. rock chips and all you would expect from a vehicle of this age. The top is in great shape. but it does have a scratch (see photo). The idiot light on the dashboard is on for a rear bulb. however. the bulbs have been replaced. On a positive note. this Bimmer has been garaged for the past 17 years as you can see the glossy paint in the photos. Also. all of the accessories work properly including the power top. power windows. and climate control system. The wheels have been upgraded to 18" Chrome OEM with brand new Continental Performance tires that are covered under road hazard warranty. If you have problem with these tires. Discount Tire will replace them for free. The stereo system has been professionally upgraded due to the lack of speaker enclosure in the back panel. The convertibles have a compartment that holds the top when down. unfortunately. that leaves no place for midrange speakers. Oil has been serviced with OEM BMW synthetic. tank is full of premium Chevron with Techron; so this vehicle is ready to go. Please disregard the Illinois plates as I only switched my plates to this vehicle. but the car never left the state.  **This car is being driven for short distances to and from work. so mileage subject to change**
