THIS CAR IS A FACTORY 2000 SPIDER THAT WAS UPGRADED FOR VINTAGE RACING AT SEBRING BY A FLORIDA ALFA ROMEO DEALER BACK IN THE 1980'S. THE CAR WAS THEN PUT AWAY IN STORAGE AND THEN SOLD. br>THE NEW OWNER UPGRADED THE CAR TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD. CRUISE THE ITALIAN OR FRENCH RIVIERA. AND ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF IT. br>NO EXPENSE WAS SPARED. THE CAR IS PROBABLY THE ONLY CAR IN THE WORLD LIKE THIS. br>THE ENGINE IS NOW A 327/300 HP VINTAGE CORVETTE ENGINE . UPGRADED RACING SUSPENSION. B & M SHIFTER. CLASSIC A/C HAS BEEN INSTALLED. AND WORKS ICE COLD . IT ALSO HAS POWER STEERING. POWER BRAKES. THIS CAR IS A POWERFUL MACHINE THAT TURNS EVERYBODY'S HEAD. br>THE FACTORY ALFA VIN PLATE IS IN PLACE UNDER THE HOOD . AND THE VEHICLE VIN NUMBER ID IS STAMPED INTO THE FIREWALL. IT IS CAR NUMBER "102-0400106" THIS IS A FACTORY 61 2000 SPIDER. WHICH IS EXTREMELY RARE AND EXHILARATING TO DRIVE . THE CAR IS RUST FREE. ( SORRY I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL ENGINE. OR THE PARTS THET WERE REMOVED. ) (the windshield has a crack in it . not sure how it happened. I have sourced a new windshield and it will be included in the sale. /p>
