1969 Shelby GT350 Fastback s/n: 9F02M480990.  I purchased this car in November 2000 from the third owner. in pieces as a project.  The car was purchased new by the original owner from Northwestern Ford and remained in Wisconsin it's entire life.  The owner I bought the car from started the restoration in about '81-'82. which at that time he had replaced the floors. doors. and rear quarters with original Ford sheetmetal (not sure about the floors being Ford).  All the work he did was at a professional level and the panels were installed to look factory.  The car is basically still a shell and needs the body work completed. painted. and reassembled.  All the original fiberglass is with the car along with it's original 351W engine. automatic transmission. rear axle assembly w/ 3. 25 gears. roll bar with inertia reels. and original interior w/ door panels.  The engine was supposedly rebuilt. but I would plan on going through it again.  The car is an original Black Jade. white stripe with black interior.  All the major Shelby items are with the car except the center console.   I have had the car stored in dry storage since I purchased it.  My intentions were to finish it. but I've collected to many projects over the years and never got around to this one. so I figured I'd pass this one on.  I have the car stored in Milwaukee. where I just recently moved from.

This is a list of some of the parts included:

Original Fiberglass fenders. trunk lid. end caps. tail light panel. and hood
4 Original wheels
Original roll bar
Original seat belts w/ shoulder harness and reels
Very nice original black seats
Very nice original dash pad
All new Ford upper and lower control arms
Numbers matching Engine w/original auto transmission and rear axle assembly
Front bumper

The items that would need to purchased is an exhaust system. tires. shocks. carpet. headliner. weather strip kit. and i would suggest a master bolt/fastener kit from AMK products.   The car has its original fiberglass. roll bar. seat belts. front bumper (needs rechrome). exhaust collector. very nice original black interior. original door panels and dash pad.   All rust has been repaired and the body only needs to be gone over. blocked. primed and painted.   The person I bought the car from did the rust repair and did an excellent job.   He painted the engine bay and undercarriage a gloss black. which should be matte or semi-gloss.   The engine is original. original Shelby intake. auto trans. rear axle assembly. new Ford front upper and lower control arms.   It will make for an easy project and a very nice car.   I have not done anything to this car except store it for 13 years.   Please feel free to ask any questions.   Car can be seen by appointment.
