The Century is Toyota's most luxurious model since its inception in 1967. and has maintained this status throughout the 20th and 21st centuries. Today. it is positioned above the Lexus line­up. and remains the most luxurious and prestigious model to wear the Toyota badge. The Century was produced in limited numbers and was built in a "nearly hand­made" fashion. It is often used by the imperial family.

The Century's are largely hand­made at the plant in Yokosuka. The metal for the bodywork is polished before paint even goes onto it. Kanto Auto Works built every Century to order. so it would be personally yours.  

It is typically equipped with lace curtains instead of tinted windows for the backseat passengers. The curtains provide privacy more thoroughly than tinted windows. and are believed to generate less attention.  
In good overall condition. runs and drives great. does need minor attention. original paint. needs polishing. radio needs to be connected. 1 power window needs repair and cruise control not working. No rust.  In original condition.
