I have a 64 Cadillac Deville for sale. it has simply survived the years. the glass is very clear(not a single crack) and the paint looks quite nice. especially considering the age. Car is very reliable. the motor and trans are warrantied through the shops that rebuilt them. Nothing cheap was used during the rebuilds. The 429ci big block runs like a champ with only about 600 miles on the fresh motor/trans and breathes through dual 2 inch exhaust with flowmasters. About 5k in the motor alone. if you know Cadillacs then you know rebuilding these motors(the right way) is costly. Restored original carb. The ignition was converted to electronic from points with a flamethrower coil. radiator was flushed and sealed. Fuel tank was also flushed and new fuel lines and fuel sending unit installed with dual inlet to prevent the common issues of vapor locking with these cars. Red top Optima battery. K&N air cleaner filter. new headlights. new headlight switch. nbsp;new power steering lines. new steering column rag joint and new steering gear box. Undercarriage is very nice for being unrestored. no rot. This car has rare options only offered at the end of 64 in the top of the line Devilles. Turbo Hydramatic400 trans which was Buick borrowed at the time using an adapter ring on the bellhousing(massive upgrade from the jetaway trans used prior). The starter was rebuilt and I put in a new flexplate while I had it apart. The car also has other rare options such as AC(independant front & rear climate control- first car to ever offer it). cruise control. power everything(windows. wing windows. locks. antenna. bench seat). New brake lines. shoes and fresh turned drum hats. While that was apart new wheel studs and wheel bearings/races installed. Custom wheel adapters to run the 20 inch steelies with white walls. The last image I included of the caddy in the driveway is how it looks with very clean white walls. I personally like how they look being a little dirty since it gives a little patina feel but if the buyer prefers I can make them very white. Tires are just as fresh as the motor/trans- 600 miles on them. I also have the factory 15 inch steel wheels(old tires but they hold air) should someone rather purchase the car with those we can work something out and alter the price(If buy it now is used I'll just include both sets). The paint is original black. looks terrific for its age but isn't flawless. but definitely way above average for being original. I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting but this car is ready to be driven! All of the hard work that most don't want to do. is done! Enjoy it as is or finish this car while you drive it! Want to bag it? Car is factory 4 wheel independant suspension with 4 linked rear. airbags would be simple to install. I'm about 12k into the car. The car is very close to complete. the only thing I can think of at the moment that its missing is the trunk lock(very very cheap to find online I just never got around to it. it opens with a long screwdriver as it is now but the caddy emblem covers it up). The AC system is complete but the compressor needs rebuilt. Vacuum lines need gone through to make the power locks function but everything is there. Suspension rubber is old. eventually will need to be done but still fine as is.  All in all. car is in great shape. The body doesn't appear to ever have been hit. Rust isn't an issue since this is an Nevada car. If you'd like additional info or photos please contact me. I know how intimidating it can be to buy a car online. nothing to hide here. Buyer is responsible for transport of the car(whether its picked up or shipped). I will gladly assist in helping to load the car should it need to be shipped.
