1953 Jaguar XK120 Coupe

I've been lucky enough to drive some of the finest automobiles in history. I can sincerely say the XK 120 is one of my all-time favorites. There is not another car for the money that can compare with the performance and style.

I love the way the curvy shaped roof comes back into the rear section. Each piece of chrome trim has a bevel edge that's consistent throughout. All the coupes came with a gorgeous walnut burl –dash. – Itself is a piece of art the way the Smith gauges are raised above the left and right side. All of the knobs. lights and lettering Is proof that even the smallest detail was thought through to insure its elegant design. When the car was introduced to the world it had the title of fastest production ever. reaching 120 miles an hour. which is quite a feat for those days. But the car never lost its heritage still driving as smooth as silk. This particular car has been very well-maintained throughout its life.

The majority of her life was spent with two collectors who took very good care of preserving the car and keeping it as original as possible. When the second owner passed away his collection was sold off and from there on a number of collectors have been the keepers of the torch. You can tell by the number of original clamps nuts and bolts that the car was always service by a Jaguar professional and there are no signs of rust replacement panels or bad damage. She’s complete numbers matching. the head. block. transmission. rear end and body panels. which can be verified by the Jaguar heritage certificate which also verifies the color combination. original owner and origins of import.
