NO RESERVE. For sale is my 2006 BMW 330Ci convertible.  160K miles. auto. power everything and it all works.  Power top goes up and down as it should.  Black with beige leather interior.  Small tear on drivers seat by left arm where you slide in and out of the car.  Original 17" rims were replaced with 19" M3 rims. New tires. brakes. rotors and aligned 5/16. Radiator expansion tank. backing plate and upper radiator hose replaced to fix a coolant leak. Oil filter housing and valve cover gasket replaced to fix an oil leak. The timing tensioners were also upgraded.  The ambient air temperature sensor was also replaced.  There is a new battery and a fresh PA state inspection.
There are a couple of scrapes and scratches on he front bumper. The previous owner had a rocky relationship with curbs. so the rims are a little scraped up. See pics. the close up is the worst rim.
I had it at the local BMW dealer to have the airbags replaced under recall.  I had them do a complete diagnostic on the car to see if anything was going on. There are no warning lights on. a code came up due to an aftermarket alternator being on the car (I didn't know that could trip a code). but they said it was no big deal.
The engine runs strong with no smoke and good power. The transmission shifts as it should when at operating temperature.  If its below 40 degrees and the car isn't warmed up. it winds out a little in 1st gear.  According to the message boards I looked at. this is a common BMW transmission condition and it just needs to run for 5-10 minutes when cold outside.  The bottom line is that this is a BMW convertible that runs well and has had all issues I'm aware of addressed. It looks much more expensive than it is.
