HONDA BEAT SPORTS CAR the cars that time forgot - Honda Beat Yelow honda beat one needs a repaint and some rust repaired but has NSW rego. Timingbelt replaced parts are still available from Honda but there are several clubs to be found on the web where parts and help is there. I am to old to play with them anymore. They are real fun to drive. handel like a good moterbike with the same fule efficancyBeat was the last car personally approved by Soichiro Honda before his death in 1991. Despite being small and efficient. the car was packed to the brim with personality and fun. A mid-mounted. 660CC inline three cylinder engine powered a two-seat chassis through the rear wheels. Each cylinder had its own throttle body to help it make the kei-car standard 63hp. However. ALL were equipped with a manual transmission. You just read that correctly. All Honda Beats send power through a 5-speed manual no matter what model year.
