2004 Toyota Camry

VEHICLE HISTORY & FEATURES:  I purchased this vehicle in late October. 2004 as a Toyota Certified Used Vehicle with 2. 12 miles on the odometer.   The vehicle had been used by the dealership as a "lot vehicle". which meant that it was used as a loaner vehicle. test-drive vehicle and by the dealership employees to run errands. etc.  

The vehicle features are as follows:  Mechanical & Appearance = 2. 4L 4 cylinder DOHC 16V VVT-I SFI engine. 4-speed ECTi automatic transmission. power assisted rack & pinon steering. MacPherson strut front & rear suspension. 15" steel wheels.   Safety = Front disc and rear drum brakes. driver & front passenger advanced air bag system (SRS). 3 point seatbelts with ALR/ELR pass belts. side-impact door beams. child restraint system (latch).   Exterior = Multi-reflector halogen auto off headlights. daytime running lights with auto on/off. dual color-keyed power outside mirrors. solar energy absorbing glass. color keyed side molding & bumpers. full wheel covers. chrome rear garnish. Comfort & Convenience = AC with air filtration. cruise control. deluxe AM/FM cassette/CD audio. rear folding seat. variable intermittent wipers. power windows with drivers auto-down. power auto door locks. fabric cloth seats. adjustable shoulder belt anchors. center console armrest with dual storage. tachometer. front map lights. outside temp gauge and digital clock. rear window defogger. remote trunk and fuel release. sunglass holder.   Optional Equipment = Anti-lock brake system. 50 state emissions.   Fuel Economy = City/23 - Highway/32

VEHICLE CONDITION:  All vehicle features work as designed.   This vehicle has never been in an accident during my ownership or have any recalls been issued against it.   The oil & oil filter have been changed on time at every 5. 00 mile interval.   The engine air filter and cabin air filter have been changed at the recommended mileages.   I recently installed new Goodyear Hybrid windshield wipers.   The oil. oil filter and engine air filter were changed on 4-1-17 @ mileage 74. 43.   The engine oil reminder indicator was reset for the next 5. 00 mile change alert.

The vehicle has two minor flaws. first. many years ago. the driver's side front door was struck by an unattended grocery cart that was blown across a public lot on a windy day.   This is what happens when people are too lazy to return their cart to the cart corral.   The damage resulted in two minor dents (impressions). to the door.   I've been told by several auto technicians that these impressions could be removed via the "paint less dent repair method" but. I haven't done anything about it since you can only see the dents in just the right light and at just the right angle.   Next. the paint on the plastic rear bumper began to flake last year (a common problem with this year & model vehicle). so. I touched-up these spots with white spray paint.   That's it . . . nothing else to report!

This vehicle has (and continues to be) a great car that has been well-maintained and not abused in any way.   It will make someone a fine second family vehicle or transportation for a college student.   The vehicle handles well and is comfortable to drive.   There are no strange smells to the interior (I am a non-smoker). and the seats are in excellent condition.   The ORIGINAL & UNUSED spare tire/wheel combination are stowed away in the truck recess.   I wouldn't hesitate to drive this vehicle across the U. S. tomorrow however. it is sold without warranty and "AS-IS".   I have describe the vehicle honestly and to the best of my ability based on my direct knowledge of the car.   I am going to miss it but. I recently purchased a new vehicle and it just doesn't make sense to keep this vehicle.   It is still used occasionally so. in all likelihood. there will be some minor additional mileage put on the vehicle during the auction.   I consistently obtain 30 MPG average with a highway figure of 32-33 MPG.

PAYMENT & TRANSPORTATION:  Payment in the form of an Official Bank or Cashier's Check from a recognized financial institution or credit union must be received within TEN days of close of the auction.   The vehicle will not be released until the payment has cleared my account.   Transportation of the vehicle to the new owner's location is strictly the responsibility of the new owner.   I will work with the transporter to get them to a satisfactory nearby location for pickup.
