 Hello Everyone. br>
Didn't think I would ever sell this car because it's so clean and rare. but in my "old" age. I've now liquidated almost ALL my vehicles now and this one is one of the last ones to go. since they are ALL going!

I purchased this car a bit over 3 years ago and had some fun converting it from SUPERCHARGED (PROCHARGER F1R) car to a TURBO (Garrett GTX4508R 76mm) car.

After going turbo. and running a couple of 8 Second passes. this car has sat for the past 3 years.   I would like it to go to a REAL FOX BODY enthusiast that can continue the campaign.

The car:   A full interior 1991 Ford Mustang Fox Body LX Hatch built with no expenses spared and only the best parts!

When I purchased this car. it was turnkey and extremely well built by a renown builder from the east coast.   The car is so clean. you can eat off the top. bottom. and inside of it.

I have ALL the documentation of this car going back to over a decade and receipts for everything that went into this car.   The car is EXTREMELY WELL BUILT!

Here the rundown of the documentation I received when I got the car 3 years ago:

Chassis was Certified but expired 07/2016 - Will re-certify with flying colors.

Initial TURBO passes on low boost running directly off wastategate spring pressure (no boost controller) which is just under 800 WHP. the car ran:8. 8 and 8. 9 @ ~165 MPH with a very soft burnout and soft launch.
This car runs as straight as an arrow and is totally drama free!
This car is the real deal!

Now Time for some specific "Caveats":
#1 - There is a paint scuff in the right rear corner of the back bumper (please look at the 4th picture).  This was a minor "ooops" moment for me in the warehouse.  I was moving a wooden pallet with the forklift and rubbed the pallet against the bumper and scraped the paint away.  No structural damage but a blemish in the paint.  I cried that day.
#2 - I washed the car for the first time after 3 years and noticed that there was a "powdery residue" scattered across the top of the clear on the whole car.  Most of it came off on the first wash. but the car will probably use a polish/buff job to make the surface look fine again.  The car was delivered to me with paint in "new condition".  Unfortunately during fabrication. the paint was exposed to a dusty environment.  I should have covered it better.  It still looks awesome.  Just needs some elbow grease for one weekend and it should be good as new.  The power locks on the car works beautifully. but the power windows have been flaky as of late.  As a result. the driver side window is stuck in the down position as the moment.
#3 - On the second outing with the car and on the turbo. in an attempt to improve the 60 foot and 8th mile. and I made a critical mistake:    I inadvertently bypassed the "burn-out limiter" RPM switch (set on the MSD 7AL) during the burnout and over revved the engine.  As a result. the engine now has bent valves and loss of compression as a direct result.  I have confirmed that the loss of compression is ONLY due to the bent valves and there is nothing else wrong with this engine.
Everything else on this car is still absolutely perfect.  I just need to find the time to replace the bent valves and the car is back on track to essentially a solid 8 second runner again.
Being that it's been 3 years that has gone by and I haven't found the time. I believe I've lost my chance personally to do this. so I would like to pass this car onto someone else.  I also recently decided to sell my entire car collection so this car too has to go.  Same story for me lately and that is. 3 growing kids and with one in high school. there is no more time for these toys. at least for quite a while.
Everything about this car is absolutely perfect otherwise.  The engine itself is still fine except for the bent valves.  It will crank and turn over and it "can" run on the reduced compression and demonstrates the health of the bottom end.  You can just hear the periodic compression into the intake.  There is no mechanical noise or excessive blow-by or smoking or any of that so the rest of the engine is mechanically sound. especially the bottom end.   The trans. the rear end. the torque converter. the rest of the chassis is as solid as a rock.
For the reason outlined above. I'm selling this car "as is".  I would rather sell it to a local buyer that can come by and take very close examination of the car and appreciate how well constructed it is and the shape that is in.  You can also look at the true condition of the engine and how minor of an issue it is to resolve and go racing again.
I have a 3 folder binder that goes back to at least a decade in time and includes all the paperwork and receipts for almost every part that went into this car.  This car is extremely well documented!
I hold the CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE on this car and it's all ready to go.
This car easily has $100K into it.
There is NO RESERVE and the STARTING price for this car barely covers what I put into turbo system for parts and labor.
Please fee free to send me any questions at all and make sure they are all answered.  You're welcome to come spend time to get to know me and the car thoroughly before making the purchase.
If you are not local. please plan on arranging transport service for a Non-Running car as I don't expect the transporter to be able to "shuffle" this car around during the course of his trip across the country by forcing this car to start on limited compression.
Thank You!
