MGB ROADSTER - PROFESSIONAL RESTORATION - Colour Blaze

 MGB Roadster  - Bargain â€“ requiring some work to finish

Very Original Professionally Restored Bodyshell.   First registered 1971 – tax free

Absolutely excellent totally solid as new bodyshell. which has been professionally rust treated and painted in original Blaze red/orange. No pattern panels were used – only original.

 This is the second car I have rebuilt – Learning from experience I bought it as a completely stripped and professionally restored bodyshell.   I replaced or restored and fitted all the parts over a period of 5 years

 It is an excellent car requiring very little to get back on the road but I regret I have just lost interest (grown older!) and will be moving soon; so it has to go. Been under dust covers in my garage for over a year now.

 44. 00 miles from new – one owner. original handbook. Workshop manual. MOT's and stacks of bills for the parts I have fitted.

 I have seen cars similar to this sell for upwards of £12. 00

 The intention was to keep the car as original as possible so I have retained the leather seats. Rostyle wheels and original chrome bumpers which are original and in good condition. You could buy new if you are looking for perfection but my view was to retain much of the original character.

 I have fitted new:-

Heater

Radiator

Brake Calipers /Brake lines

Petrol pump

Petrol Tank

Exhaust

Spax suspension

Windscreen

Carpeting / detailing / door panels

Seat belts

Serviced with new filters / Oil etc etc. etc.

And many other parts too numerous to name

Plus many spares included in the sale inc. 7 tyres on wheels

 A Sebring hard top comes with this which was fitted from new to this MG but I have not had this restored.  

 All the parts to finish are ready in the boot and a load more spares besides

 Requires a good polish and about 2 weeks to finish - attaching Windscreen wipers. connect carbs and filters. connect electrics (The loom is present) fit a soft top. nbsp;(I have the 'sticks')(or the Sebring hard top if restored) Brake pipes set out but not connected - needs some additional underseal when pipes fitted and touch up. New battery. I may have missed some minor thing but overall this is an excellent car that should be on the road - See Photos.

 Wheels are off for inspection but will be put back on for transporting.

Many. many spares. I need my garage to be empty
