They are perhaps the best value in modern exotic cars as you can get an Italian-built near-supercar with a full-blown Ferrari V8 under the hood and an F1 style transaxle at the rear of the car. This particular Spyder is extremely special. mainly because of the color options that it has. On the exterior. it has exclusive Quarzo Dolomite paint with Avorio heated leather interior trimmed in multiple colors: Tappeto Biondo Carpets. Nero custom leather lower door panels. Nero custom leather upper dashboard. Cuoio Sella Custom Dash Piping. and additional custom interior trimming in Bordeaux (dashboard. door panel and console accent piping). These colors are absolutely spectacular and make this Maserati nearly one of a kind (if not actually one of a kind). It also has a number of options including the very important wind stop. xenon headlamps with high-pressure headlamp washers. heated seats. an additional CD changer in the trunk. auto-dimming interior mirror. and most importantly. it has the full Brierwood Kit including real wood on the interior door panels and a real wood steering wheel. This is quite rare. and compliments the special interior colors nicely. 2004 is also the first year of a minor facelift which gave it a different front bumper and grille. as well as much better looking standard 18" 7-spoke staggered wheels.

The interior of this Maserati is in nearly new condition.  It looks new.  It smells new.  It basically IS new.                   It has GORGEOUS leather  seats which are in like new condition and are finished in Avorio leather. The hand brake lever is leather-wrapped. as is the steering wheel in the areas that aren't covered in the Brierwood option. The car has a audio system which features several speakers. along with a CD Player in the center console. and an additional optional CD changer in the trunk.  The original owner fitted a Satellite Radio system which is integrated and operates well. The car is also pre-wired for a radar detector. The previous owners of this car were definitely a non-smokers. There is a cup holder that accommodates one beverage. and it includes an unused ash tray and unused cigar lighter. This Spyder has dual front airbags. as well as front side airbags. The trunk is larger than you'd expect for a small exotic convertible. The carpet floor mats are included and are in like new condition. Absolutely everything works and works properly. The gauges and warning lights all function and no warning lights are illuminated.

The exterior of this Maserati is in stunning condition and has no flaws that I could find. It is Quarzo Dolomite in color. which is absolutely quite stunning and oh so rare. It was a $2500 cost option for "out of range" paint. The car has its original staggered 18 inch wheels which are in fantastic condition. They're a perfect fit for the car's appearance in my opinion. The exterior condition is also like-new. This car has only 36k miles and was not driven in the winter. As such. it includes a car cover for storage. The entire front end. as well as the door mirrors and rear bumper are all perfectly covered in "clear bra" material to prevent chips or scrapes. It is in perfect condition and virtually impossible to see. Someone spent a lot of money to have this installed on the car.

The tires are brand new matching Michelin Pilot Sport 3 tires in the proper sizes for the front and rear. The brakes are in  good shape and the car stops as it should. The  Ferrari V8 engine runs flawlessly and the 30k mile service was completed at 30. 00 miles. The F1 "CambioCorsa" transmission functions perfectly. and is the best shifting one I've personally ever felt. Especially in PWR mode. the shifts are very quick (about 0. 25 seconds). The transmission has four modes. Comfort. Power. Ice. and Automatic. They all have their own purpose and function well. The clutch condition was checked by the Maserati dealership and is verified at 48% clutch life remaining. The car has traction and stability control.

The black soft top is in perfect condition and the rear defogger works properly. The original tool kit is included and is in its original Maserati pouch. All of the tools are in the tool kit and it appears unused. The original owners manual set is included and is in its original leather folio. Even the pack of tear-out cards that are designed to teach Valets how to drive the car is still there! Also included is the original bill of sale from when the car was originally sold. as well as the pre-delivery inspection sheet. and the inspection sheet from the port when the car was imported. There is also a summary of colors and options which we obtained from the Maserati dealership to verify the car's configuration. The original front license plate bracket appears to be unused and is included.
