Restored. all steel construction. Fully operational. Hand crank with electric start. Restoration is good quality. not perfect. Wooden spoke wheels. No rust. Was titled in Tennessee. No Alabama title ever applied for. Present owner has used it for holidays and parades for about 5 years. did not do the restoration. Acquired as is. will sell as is. Additional photos available on request. Vehicle is located in Central Alabama.
